Turned up very early for my appointment. Deputy manager who was in charge that day had me in within 5 minutes. Car was hooked up to the aircon machine and after about 30-45 mins All was done and dusted . Internal temp was 6deg c . I was gone 5 mins before I was actually booked in for 10/10

Booked my van in for 11am and with in 5mins of arrival they were working on my van and as informed I was back on the road at 11.45. As a self employed person I was able to get to my next customer on time. Thanks to all the team

Easy to book, and efficient process of tyre fitting

I turned up half hour before my appointment. The team said it would be available in 1.5 hours. The car app indicated the doors open 5 minutes later. A walked back and it was completed 5 minutes after. Super fast. Zero rim damage. Great fast service. Best price I could find too.

Prompt efficient straightforward service would use again

When visiting pro tyre in the past they have bent over backwards to help. This time I got the distinct impression, they were to busy, they took what seem to be ages to complete tyre changes, they would phone when done, but didn’t receive the said phone call. So was waiting ages, just seemed they were too busy.

Very disappointed to find such a disparity in prices between the protyre website and the protyre store. Actual tyre fitting service was very good.

One of the tyres was fixed and the other one apparently wasn't fixable, and the only tyre they had in stock was a mid range at a cost of £168 !

The day before I was doing price search online and could get hi a spec tyre fitted at my front door for £150, Even mid range tyres for £100/110 then to top it off I went to a local tyre business and the managed to repair it for £30 ! To be fair most of the staff were nice and polite. It just seemed from my point of view that the guy on the till was trying to pressure me in to getting a rather expensive mid range tyre !

My car was fixed as soon as I got there, no extended waiting time. Very efficient and polite staff.

Had two front tyres fitted with tracking checked as well.
We left the car for them to sort for a hour.
Drove away and vehicle was still pulling to the right.
Went back immediately for them to resolve the issue and it took them half an hour to sort the tracking, making me think that they had not done it the first time even though we had paid for that service.
