I would have given 5 stars if they had fitted the tyres what I had ordered online,
I ordered them over a week before I went to have them fitted.
To then find out that my tyres had not arrived so had the next down rated tyres.
But did not have any problems receiving a refund of the distance once contacting them via email.
I would use again, just as long as I was able to have the tyres that I ordered fitted.

Had a few problems with getting my tyres changed. The lock nut, I had was incorrect for my wheels. The guys were helpful. Once sorted with my car dealers, they kept the tyres back for me. I had to wait for new locks arrived, and changed on the car. Once tyres were changed, had warning light on. They looked at why and and sorted. As of always, service was excellent. Many thanks.

Quick efficient and polite

Turned up with completely flat tyre 45 mins before closing time. Staff said no problem, changed tyre without question or any hassel. So grateful yet again for faultless service. Thank you very much.

Willing to listen to what the customer wants and are never pushy when recommending tyres . One customer in front of me wanted all her tyres changed as she thought all four tyres were below the legal limit . Staff informed her that all four tyres were good and over five mm of tread . They could of just changed her tyres and took the money .

I called in for a tyre a repair (screw through tread) and the team there quickly got me booked in and the repair was completed quickly and well.

We were seen at the agreed time and the problem was sorted out and some good advice given.

Went to fit two tyres on for my VW Polo, didn’t reset the puncture sign in the car. The worst was the wheel trim not secured tightly. When we reached home, one wheel trim was not present. Will not recommend. It’s not about a rushed service. People need a qualitative service which was not provided.

I was met by a very friendly young man who dealt with my puncture, because of a screw, and did not try to push a new tyre. He said it could be repaired but I preferred a new tyre and, again, he did not push top of the range - it was my choice. All in all, excellent service and very quick. I was extremely worried as, when in Spain, it took ten days to get tyres replaced as, having been the victim of a crime, you were stressed enough as it was, and they would not change just one tyre they insisted on changing four with only 6,000 miles on the tyres!
