Brilliant advice given from the receptionist-very knowledgeable and professional-smooth service-would recommend and use again

I had been advised by another garage, 8 months previously, that at least one tyre on my car would need replacing within 4 or 5 months. I took it to Protyre and asked them to check the tyres. Staff were cheerful, friendly and polite, they gave the tyres a thorough examination, measured the treads and checked the pressures and advised me that they had plenty of life left in them and I didn't need to replace anything - backed up by an emailed report and all for free.
I will use them (again) when I do need to replace tyres.

I phoned and was told a time that the job could be done and it was done while I waited… they did what they said when they said would and for me this equals excellent customer service and you don’t always get that these days.

Good experience end-to-end. Happy with the price for the tyres, fitted my new wheels and transferred over the pressure sensors with no fuss. Very helpful and polite staff.

I recently visited Protyre Autocare – Bournemouth Pokesdown and was really impressed with the overall experience, particularly the customer service.
Phoebe was the only person on the front desk at the time and was handling constant phone calls, walk-in customers, and multiple tyre and car service enquiries simultaneously. Despite the pressure, she remained calm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. She communicated clearly, kept things moving efficiently, and made sure no one was left waiting without acknowledgement.
The waiting area was also comfortable, and the coffee and tea machine was a great touch — much appreciated while waiting for the work to be completed.
Based on my experience, I’d happily return and recommend this branch. Phoebe is a real credit to the team.

Had booked a free check up, when I arrived I was told no registration received. Rebooked the afternoon on the same day. After believing my Car had all the free test which were on offer I was told the car only received car safety test.

Despite the IT system having a meltdown the manager and staff still managed to supply and fit two new tyres and perform much needed wheel alignment at pretty short notice and with good humour.
