Placed my order online, went to my local garage and they refused to provide any service as they were under staffed.

Called customer service 2-3 times and waited 6-10 mins each time but no answer. Very poor customer service.
Stay away.

They're creating work that doesn't need to be done just to increase the cost. Take your car for any reason, and they make up random stuff to rip you off.

They're trying to milk you for extra money.

Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Fast service. Great location for a walk into town, shops and food while you wait.

Professional courteous and completed the job in a timely fashion

Charged me extra to check a tyre that they installed as it has been leaking since they fitted it. They even advised it was likely dirt on the rim when fitted, but still charged to rectify it. Surely they should have made sure it was clean before fitting it!

If it was a new issue, then happy to pay. But to have to pay and be told a fitting issue, is very poor customer service.

I got a call in the morning to ask if I wanted to bring my Campervan in a bit earlier as the manager was concerned that it might have been a tight timeline for them to complete my annual service if I arrived at 16:30hrs on a Friday. I arrived an hour earlier than agreed and the team were straight onto my Camper. Perfect. The fitter explained exactly what they were doing and they had me back on the road within an hour. Fantastic service! I was even given a complimentary ice lolly from one of the fitters! How kind and considerate. Great team. I'm recommending Protyre Autocare - Bolton to all my friends and family.

I'd booked my car in for 2 tyre replacements, but booked in the wrong tyre size. It wasn't a problem though as the staff were very helpful in sorting out alternatives and making sure the price was the same and I didn't have to re-book.

Went there last minute and they got me in within 5mins. Had a lad named joshua taking care of my car, he did an amazing job, he was professional, and easy to chat with. I’d gladly recommend him to anyone that goes there.

I visited today for a tyre change and couldn't be happier with the service. Josh provided excellent, friendly customer care from start to finish. He went out of his way to offer great advice and even identified and fixed a problem with my wheel nuts that I didn't know I had. Top man, thanks for sorting it all out!

I’ve used this company for many years for my Jaguar tyres. Very slick visit again this time. Pre booked tracking check, all done on time in a courteous manner. Highly recommend this company.
