Such excellent, friendly, considerate, and efficient and speedy service to replace a punctured tyre after I had hit a pothole on route to an appintment. Have been going to this garage on and off for nearly 20 years when I’ve had a tyte issue, and they are always so good.

Had wheel and tyre issues (having hit a pot hole). Despite closing up (as I got there late, after they had closed) Chris was a gent. Got the replacement wheel booked in for first thing the next morning and got tracking sorted. Swift, efficient and friendly service. Great stuff. Good people 👍 Thank you.

The gentleman on the desk was friendly and helpful. It was very nice to be able to enjoy free tea/coffee etc. I did have a long wait, but I am very happy with the end result. Thank you.

I went in to book an appointment to have two rear tyres replaced. The state of the roads had caused them to need to be replaced. I was very pleased to see that Garth had not been replaced along with the upgrade of the garage. He is extremely helpful, very polite and willing to help. The job was completed the following day at the time booked, all very professional and the gentle warning to go easy for a day or two on new tyres and wet roads was a lovely touch.

Protyre are doing a "platinum service" £464 for my Audi S4, oil, filter, air filter, pollen filter, AC re-gas, 4 wheel alignment, brake fluid change, diagnostic scan plus a full check of all automotive systems and wear and tear items. That's a very good price, in at 0830 hrs, out at 1400 hrs. No hassle, no drama with good customer service. Great value for that major service every 3 or 4 years.
