The experience was great waiting room was lovely and clean with coffee or chocolate. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars was my car was done but wasn't told and sat there for a further 15 minutes had to go and ask, but they did apologise so ok

It would have been a 5, but I wasn't told I would need my mobile phone to be able to take advantage of the 4 month interest free payments, so I was disappointed I couldn't spread the payments.

Inflated prices for a really simple job.
Good service for the MOT, but failed on a part that cost me £10.00, then I paid £50 to have it fitted at another garage. it took 20 minutes. Protyre quoted me £300 for the same thing.

MOT and service
Returned to get my MOT and service as had resolved an issue for me earlier this year. Great service

MOT time again
MOT time again, as usual the staff made me feel very welcome and put me at ease while my car was MoTed, I was kept informed at every stage also pointing out any potential things that may need doing in the next year. The waiting area was clean and quiet while I was there where I could sit in comfort and wait for my MOT to be carried out, appointment time was as booked and I was back on my way in a flash.
Oh and they still have the best free coffee machine I’ve had so a couple of cappuccino while I waited don’t go amiss!
