visit Ashbourne branch today , for 2 new tyres fitted , I asked could they check if it was the front drivers side tyre or was the a crack in the alloy , he looked at me like I knew nothing , so I repeated myself and he said yer I assumed this was yes , I asked roughly how long 44”5mins to an hour .. ok longer than normal to where I usually go , I went for a walk and came back about 40
Mins later , car on ramp no tyres on it and everyone In the office .. ok .. I sat and waited till the 3;20 for someone to come and shout Clio … oh that must be me I said , no Mrs follows or first name just Clio … as in the car .. I asked was it the tyre or the alloy he said erm what I repeated myself again , his answer was dont know , they fitted two new tyres and I may not of needed them I as I asked they to check the alloy , to which the message has not been passed on from the guy behind the desk on the phone , he told me my brake discs was on 2 mil and he would book me in … my reply No Thank You … I replied , My Husband has been In this trade for 35 years and won awards on standards within the business… maybe I was expecting it to be the same , definitely was not , I will not return to this garage as they are rude no gloves was wore when doing my car no seat covers either floor was disgustingly filthy yea it’s a garage I get that but I’ve never been to one so disgusting filthy and appalling manners from management and staff and toilet was out of order ….. so it was in the 30th October at 2pm for possibly 2 tyres to be fitted which was ordered on black circles Mrs D Follows … or as they knew me , Clio

Easy to make appt online. When dropped off no one on reception so had to wait to drop keys off. Took hours to change two tyres.

I was very happy with the tyre fitting…
I was very happy with the tyre fitting etc. I was then told my brakes needed doing and was given a report of what percentage my brakes were.
I was told they could do the work. I then booked the car into my local garage, who we use all the time. I was told my brakes were fine. I am very disappointed with Protyre as we have been using this company for many years. We won't be going back as I feel I can't trust them now.
