Very efficient

Great service and friendly staff

No one answered the phone despite multiple attempts, went in to the branch and explained I had a puncture and possibly needed new front tires. Was told “you’ll have to leave it here” not asked. Gave my name and phone number, a while later my wife received a call to say what was required, luckily we were together that day. Once completed I came up and paid, no one mentioned the puncture so I asked as was told , could not find anything but resealed. Next day tire was. Flat so returned and spoke to the younger guys who were extremely helpful and professional. Checked and found a nail. Experience on return was good but not so from the manager

They were really helpful and liaised with me to ensure I sourced a tyre to match the others and then fitted promptly.

Been using these guys for a few years. Always good value, friendly and straightforward staff.
Never feels like they're being pushy or trying to rip you off (like some other major brand garages)

Very quick and efficient

Previously they had indicated that I had an issue with a tyre. They suggested I monitor the situation. I did so. I thought they provided well reasoned advice. Unexpectedly I needed to drive to London and thought I would get a new tyre. I phoned them and there was a prompt response on the phone. I was told to visit the site and told that i may have to wait. I attended and was dealt with in a polite, friendly and informative manner. I was dealt with quickly. It was a good retail experience.

Really helpful bunch had a flat took the tyre down unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired and a new tyre was fitted in under an hour great service.

Good website made it easy to choose the correct tyre and book a fitting day and time, work carried out on time and without any hassle.

After a change of date to the next day due to staff sickness I had to have more work done on the brakes pads then first thought. I was well looked after and the whole job was able to be completed around 3 hours. However I had to stay longer at the office to wait than intended. My only complaint was it was so,so cold, freezing in the room not sure how your staff manage it. One badly placed tiny radiator. I had a blanket, coat and scarf on through out. So please can you make it warmer in there for both customers and your staff as they deserve a warm place to work. Otherwise had a quality service.

Always great customer service. I am always impressed with how staff help those, often elderly customers, coming in to have tyre checks, fluid checks. A couple of times they have just sorted small things for me as part of the wider work being done. Always reasonable and not looking to charge for every tiny thing!
