Delivery went missing
Delivery went missing but I had to chase it up. They used a carrier that doesn’t give tracking details so you don’t know when it will arrive.
Contacted Protec after 10 days, told them when I wouldn’t be able to receive delivery but they dispatched anyway without informing me until I chased up again. Badly organised business.

We can see we do have tracking for your original order which was dispatched via FedEx on a next day service. Unfortunately, during transit this was lost by the courier and we can assure you we have escalated this further.
Due to this, once confirmed by yourself your order had not arrived we have issued a replacement for you to avoid any further delays.
We do currently have full details of your order, if you do wish to reach out to us, we can provide you with the full communications/order details.

False promises and poor customer service, avoid
Ordered two items for next day delivery, having chosen Protec solely due to their promise of next day delivery. Received no tracking information and had to actively chase the company for an update when they didn't arrive. Was told it was out of their hands and Fedex chooses when they deliver. Customer service suggested I follow up with Fedex and provide feedback which shows they couldn't care less that they didn't meet their delivery promise.
The customer service agent suggested they had done everything right on their part but upon looking at the tracking it turns out they didn't even dispatch the items until over 24hours after the order. There would have been no way the items could have been delivered on time having been dispatched during the evening of the next working day.
False promises and poor customer service, avoid.
