Never do business with this company, you order they take your money and you will never receive your product. Customer Service is just a scam.

I will never purchase a ring from here it's a scam I ordered a ring back in 4 months ago and I never received it he took my $20 and ran with it ,Alert Alert do not buy from them!!!

I've emailed the company they gave me a tracking number that wasn't valid so I emailed them again on numerous occasions with no response, so I guess I won't get the ring or a refund.do not buy from this company

Ordered my item on December 20th and still no ring?. Emailed quite a few times got one email response assuring me item is on its way and theres been a delay due to the holidays?. Tried tracking item nowhere for days untill today saying my item is in my stste distribution center for delivery??. Is it really or is this just a scam track to keep you waiting?. Guess nothing else I can do at this point,but wait and see and if not my LOSS and should have looked at reviews before buying from them??. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE BUYETERNA. However I believe this scam place does not represent the real ETERNA WATCH COMPANY ??.

The company that previously traded under this name using the .com domain has been inactive for a long time and that website is now offline and up for sale. Recent negative reviews appear to relate to a scam operation still trolling social platforms with the old branding — they have no connection to us whatsoever.

We have repeatedly contacted Trustpilot to resolve this and correct the misleading profile, but so far we have received no response or assistance, despite the clear damage this is causing to a legitimate UK retailer.

Never arrived . Similar email response to others - ie: ‘there’s been a delay but the product is on its way to you’. Then no tracking available . Obviously a huge scam I’m just sorry I didn’t read these before hand

Ordered in January, it is June. No package. They refuse to refund my money.

Definitely stay away from this company terrible fake looking products take long time to arrive then is not returning easy you need an ra but they tell you they will give you 10% off is ridiculous I will call my credit card and get a credit they are scam

Terrible experience much like the other reviews. No reviews on their website speaks volume. I ordered in February, it’s June now ans my order just arrived. The product itself is terrible. I’ve asked for a refund but keep getting the same messages back which are most unhelpful and they will absolutely not refund me!!
I would review these with zero stars if possible!!

Fraudulent.
3 months and no product. They provide fake tracking numbers, and when asked, they can't tell you the last location the package was scanned at. They do not give up. Even when called out. Complete delusion and psychopathic behaviours!
They apparently couldn't refund me because my order "had already left the warehouse" 🤣🤣 There was never an order!!!
I logged a transaction dispute with my bank and got my refund the way. The still claim my order is on the way 🤯🤣

This is a scam company. I ordered a product weeks ago and have not received it. Computer service is no help and they refuse to give a refund. Wish I had researched the company more before spending money.

Ordered a dress. It arrived but is 3 sizes too small. Emailed them, sent measurements then poof they disappear. A total rip off.
