Props & Replicas.co.uk Recensioni

If I could give any higher review I absolutely would. The service this website offers is just fantastic. I ordered a Deadpool figure very early in the morning and it was dispatched same day. The figure turned up way ahead of when I expected it to. Great prices and packages have always shown up with such love and I have never had a damaged order. An absolutely fantastic place to get all of the gaming/movies/TV shows etc memorabilia you could ask for. 110% the first place I'm coming to.

This is a fantastic company and the owner is friendly and answers e-mails promptly. I love doing business with him and this company and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I started off using Props & Replicas about a year or two ago, where they had something in stock that no other place had. The figure came when it was released, and everything was great with it. But after that though, I unfortunately didn't use them for some time and stuck to the ones who were my regulars at the time.

I say unfortunately because I came to find out this is a fantastic company that I wish I'd supported sooner. Once I'd done a bit more business with them and realised that they really were great, I decided to make them my go to and I have not regretted it. Great prices, fast shipping, and my orders have always arrived well packaged with immaculate figures inside.

Recently I placed a big order there and regretted one of my preorders in the order. I contacted them and asked if I could make some changes. From experience, some places would make a big deal out of this, but the owner, Curtis, was really friendly and genuine and helped me sort what I needed with no issue. That was just today and the driving force behind me wanting to leave this review.

Other than that, as I say the owner is a real cool guy, have had some chats about figures and preorders, if there's going to be any more stock on things that have been sold out, etc, just very helpful and friendly.

A few times they've had good stock of things that other places aren't very good for, if any stock at all in other places. But Props & Replicas is a great place all round and they deserve to do well, so whatever you're after, give them a shot, you won't regret it :)

A delight to do business with this company
Excellent service speedy delivery and packaged well
I highly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase figures 100% reliable

Unbelievably fast. Well packaged. High quality, pristine and best value anywhere online. This is clearly a shop run by people who care about the products they sell.

Supreme Action Figure Store, perfect for toy collectors. Amazing customer service, superb selection of product, great prices, perfect packaging, and fast delivery! Highly recommended.

This company should have 5 stars. 1 of the best i have dealt with when buying collectibles, the prices usually beat the competition and the level of customer service is class. This is my go to company for my geek merch addiction.

Courier damaged the product and didn’t deliver it. Told the company and a new order was sent out that day and arrived safely. Looks as good as it did in the picture. 5 star service and very happy.

Ordered a few things from P&R over the past few months and couldn't be happier with the service I've received. The website is clear and straightforward (this sounds like a minor thing, but it makes shopping so stress free). There's a fantastic selection of items, incredibly good prices, and out-standing customer service. Delivery always prompt and items have always arrived in impeccable condition. Keep it up, folks!

(Order number #18537 – there's no box to put it on this form but I want folks to know this is a genuine review)

Bought two pre-orders and never arrived so requested refund. Was refunded quickly (paid via PayPal).

Excellent company. Good items, good price. Outstanding customer service.

Great communication, packaging is second to non, out of all the online retailers I use these are the best when it comes to packaging and caring, not just thrown in a box like some I could mention, will definitely use again 👍👍👍👍👍👍.

Fantastic customer service and great service I strongly recommend using this company! Even when an error was made with my order they were quick to respond and resolve the issue definitely one of if not my first choice now for orders!

Moviefigures

Ordered a rare action figure online with Props & Replicas, happy to have found it at a good price. The next day I simply received a message from Paypal to say my payment had been refunded. Very disappointed that P&R show figures in stock that are not, but more so that they couldn't even be bothered to send some kind of personal message with an explanation or apology. There are more reliable and professional places out there than these guys.

My first order with Props and Replicas went really well. First I paid a £2 deposit for a pre-order and then the balance when the item came into stock. It was packed REALLY well, dare I say with love and care. It was also a tricky figure to get hold of (sold out most places) so I was happy to get it at RRP. I will use props and replicas again for sure.

Excellent friendly, fast service

Amazing place to get all your toys/figures/collectibles, such a huge array of quality items. Totally trustworthy, great communication and most of all, just great value. Super swift delivery, packaged perfectly. Buy, buy, buy with complete confidence. I'll be back soon for more loot!!!

Faultless service, fast delivery. Will be ordering again. Brilliant!
