Terrible. Ordered an item on 3rd october - no communication to say if it had been dispatched despite saying Royal Mail 48 on the purchase confirmation, kept waiting to give them the benefit of the doubt but still nothing. Emailed no reply, left it a few days then emailed again politely asking if someone could at least respond to my previous email regarding my item - finally got a response saying it the one they had in stock was damaged and they were waiting for some more which hadn’t arrived, stated they should have an update within 24 hours. This was 12th October and still havent had an update - i even emailed again to say i would be happy to accept the damaged one as i need it for halloween - still no reply. I have ended up buying another one off a reputable company on eBay and it arrived in 3 days… but i am now out of pocket as not recieved a refund from these yet. Genuinely feel like it might be a scam company, and if not, then they desperately need to improve their communication and not take peoples money if they have no intention of sending the products. If i dont get any reply will be contacting trading standards, i have all email trails saved and purchase history.
Avoid at all costs.

I had an issue with the delivery through Royal Mail, but the seller handled everything brilliantly from start to finish. communication was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

They explained all the options available to me, kept me updated, and made sure I felt supported while the issue was being resolved. Customer service like this really gives you confidence that you’re in good hands when ordering from them.

The outer shipping box looked like it had been dropped during transit, however the packaging they use was excellent and there was no damage at all to the figures or the boxes inside.

Highly recommended! Excellent service and a seller who truly cares about their customers.

I ordered 6 of the same product. Product was shipped same day delivered next day. Product turned up immaculate and was secure and wrapped well. Box was solid and sturdy. Excellent experience thank you

Ordered item and never heard back. Nothing, despite 3 emails. 2 answer machine messages. Item was £80.

Silence was absolutely deafening and I will never use them again. I truly do not believe my item was ever in stock, but they accepted payment anyway. I have contacted my bank to look into this, and will be contacting trading standards.

I bought the terrifier one 12 Mezco figure, the delivery was much faster than expected and arrived with great protection to ensure the collectors box and item were in pristine condition. To no fault of the seller the Mezco figure had QC defects. Curtis, who I spoke with on emails was absolutely brilliant, exchanging my item and was absolutely great and friendly throughout. His customer service was second to none, stopping at nothing to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, I’ll definitely be using them again for more terrifier collectibles. Curtis, thank you again you have been brilliant! :)

Had great experience with this company, owner even went out of his way to help with some Figures during the Batman Returns Release Pre orders. The Figures arrived in tip top condition, and i have since placed 2 further orders with them! I really appreciate everything that they have done. Definitely trustworthy, and excellent packaging!

Props and replicas are the best ive used ive just started using them recently their deliveries are always on time and the products come in excellent condition i highly recommend this company. I will not go anywhere else 😀 they are always there to help you out the communication is excellent 👌

I would highly recommend this store. They had a figure I could not get anywhere else for a great price and they also answered questions I had very quickly.

They had stock of an in-demand item at a great price. It was dispatched quickly and arrived in perfect condition as it was packed well. I buy a lot of toys and will use this site again as its now in my circle of trust :D

I've been using P&R for a few years now, and never come across an issue, but I've never had a problem to report.
Service is all good so far.
Everything I have purchased has been delivered perfectly well and fast shipped with great care taken in packaging.
Preorders can take a while to come in stock, a couple of live POs I have with no date of being due as they just keeps getting pushed back, while other stores have already had their stock. But I can wait, so long as they do get fulfilled. Because of this I do tend to go elsewhere now for POs.

I've placed over 20 orders with Props and Replicas since 2022, and they’ve consistently outperformed the other 8 UK sellers I’ve tried. Their range of products is the most extensive I’ve seen, and every item has arrived in pristine condition.

On the rare occasion something went wrong—one order was lost in the post—they resolved the issue quickly and professionally within just two emails.
