Academic Proofreading
The document was delivered earlier than the promised turnaround time, which was greatly appreciated. The team was highly responsive in addressing both email and chat inquiries, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. The revisions made significantly improved the clarity, flow, and rigor of my manuscript, making it more polished and professional. In addition, the revised document was accompanied by detailed comments and suggestions, which provided valuable guidance and further strengthened the work. Proofing an acupuncture book
Proofers delivered a careful, unobtrusive proofread of a complex writing project with a clear focus on consistency, accuracy, and UK English usage. Queries were sensible and well judged, raising genuine ambiguities without over-editing or interfering with authorial voice.
Communication was professional and turnaround was delightfully fast, making them a great choice for a complex, time-sensitive manuscript. They proofed 103,000 words in six days! I'm delighted and will come back to them.

Efficient and Professional Proofreading Service
The communication was clear, and the turnaround time was efficient. I appreciated how the corrections were organized into separate files (With_corrections, Clean, and Comments), which made it easy to understand the changes made to my document. The proofreading was thorough and helped improve the clarity and academic tone of my manuscript. The company delivers professional and detailed proofreading work. The comments provided were helpful and explained the reasoning behind the changes, which contributed to my understanding and improvement of future writing. The process was smooth, and the instructions were easy to follow. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. One suggestion for improvement is to provide a bit more explanation for major structural or stylistic changes, as this would help users learn and apply the corrections more independently. Additionally, offering clearer guidance on optional services—such as the certificate or plagiarism check—at the beginning of the process would help customers plan ahead.
