3 weeks ago I lost a book I desperately needed. UPS delivered it elsewhere and couldn’t locate it.
Sifatusafwa Then sent me out another copy (free of charge) and then followed up by emailing me to see whether I had received safely.

I have ordered many times from SifatuSafwa. All of them where OK, but the last one i ordered a big book (Tafseer Tabari) and UPS did not deliver it, you can see it even in UPS tracking that it failed to deliver and after calling them they do not know where the packet is.
It has been two months and SifatuSafwa is not answering at any of my emails. I wrote many but no reaction at all.

UPDATE!!!!!:
I received the packet on the 13.02 and SifatuSafwa contacted me and made sure that it is delivered correctly this time. I hope that Sifatusafwa pays a little attention to support the customer when problems happen.
