Prologue Performance Cycling Recensioni

Ordered a Factor gravel bike online. This obviously comes with a few worries as I was putting all my trust in the team at Prologue to deliver me a bespoke custom fit whilst working with a few measurements I’d sent over on the telephone and email. I was looked after by John. I placed the order late one evening and John got in touch with me first thing the following day. He talked me through the bike purchase and took time to explain to me the really important bits around sizing, in particular the integrated bar and stem. John called me a few times over the next week or so and made some tweaks to the order to suit. The bike arrived today and what a fantastic machine it is. I’ve spent a fair wedge of cash on this and I’m really pleased that this is reflected in the outstanding level of service and care that I’ve received.

Thank you 🙏

Jacob and his crew provided exceptional service, helping me find an amazing new Cervelo that I absolutely love. The team is excellent, and I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely thrilled to share my incredible experience with Prologue Cycling! From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. A special shoutout to Ben, who has truly been on another level with his communication and expertise. He made the entire process seamless and enjoyable, ensuring the bike was set up perfectly to my specifications.

What stood out most was the attention to detail — from helping me choose the right components to thoughtfully adjusting prices to fit my budget. The delivery was smooth and timely, making the whole journey hassle-free.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Prologue Cycling, with Ben’s outstanding support, exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking for top-notch service and a personalized experience, this is the team to go to!

Couldn't recommend Prologue highly enough.

I was a bit concerned with ordering online, through a company I'd not used before, that it might be a bit of a box shifter scenario, but I couldn't have been more wrong. From receipt of order, through bike-build and despatch, the Prologue team have been in contact to ensure everything went smoothly and the bike was set up perfectly for me.

They asked for my data to set the bike up to my exact fit and suggested a couple of improvements to make while the bike was in build, which were really worthwhile. I absolutely got the sense that they want their customers to get the best from their purchase with them.

Ben and the team have been extremely communicative, friendly and professional throughout. The bike itself is a thing of beauty and it arrived carefully packaged, on time and in absolutely pristine condition.

For an online retailer Prologue genuinely provide a brilliant experience and exceptional customer service - the likes of which I was wholly not expecting.

Prologue is a great shop to deal with. Competitive pricing, very knowledgable and helpful staff (thanks Liam!) plus the whole purchase and delivery process is first-class.

Excellent customer service.
Helpful. Accommodating. Knowledgable. Great value.

Prologue offered a great bike at a fantastic price; the staff were knowledgeable throughout the process and the service was great; highly recommend.

I bought the last avaialble size56 saphire-ice Cervelo S5 (in UK) from Prologue and I decided to pick up the bike instead of having it posted out. Traveled to Harrogate from down south and I have to say it was all worth it. The staff were friendly and the bike shop itself was amazing with plenty of top notch bikes on display, better than some of the big name shops in my area! the cafe was also amazing. Then John brought the bike from the workshop to the showroom which felt like a VIP ambience to get acquainted with your new pride and joy, it was clear that these guys know and love what they are doing. The experience of getting a new bike is always a great feeling, for me  actually picking it up from a reputable bike shop was next level icing on the cake!. Didn't know about the parking permission disk, but happily took the ticket I got for parking near the shop.
My better half is planning on upgrading her bike, will strongly consider coming back to Prologue again, no parking ticket next time though!

Really excellent customer service.

The team took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and then helped develop a specification that exceeded my expectations.

Thanks again for such a fantastic custom build.

Ordered my Enigma frameset via Prologue late last year. I could have ordered direct from Enigma but as I was building the bike myself I wanted someone local for advice if necessary. Prologue have provided an excellent service - even returning the frame to Enigma when they spotted an issue before I picked it up. They've been on the end of the phone for help when I needed it and I'm pleased that I made my purchase via them.

So, my recent purchase from Prologue.
My 3rd bike since they opened, this time a BMC Road Machine
Once again excellent customer service.

Having just returned from a week in TenerifeI can confirm it is a fantastic bike which climbs and descends like a dream

Top advice, pre and post customer service

Special Thanks to Bobbin for his advice

quick and efficient contact. I had a bike stripped to send only the frame. Great service, clean and secure. I recommend

With a Sportive booked for the next day I was desperate for some mechanical assistance.
Prologue were amazing. Mechanics were very quick to sort me out, plus the shop had stock of a replacement part.
Thanks guys.

Excellent service sourcing my new bike despite scarcity and long lead times. Bent over backwards to get it to me in time for my trip. (Very grateful to the workshop team for getting it through the system so quickly, too.)

Brilliant 30 mins session with Bobbin who identified and corrected an incorrect seat post height and cleat position as the sources for recent riding discomfort. They were only out by a few millimetres, but the correction will make a massive difference.
I’d highly recommend this service!
10/10 from Prologue once again

This is a bike shop where you go to get things done right. Fantastic service, great products available but most importantly to me is the knowledge and passion about the products they sell and about cycling in general. Jacob- thanks for your help in getting my new ride sorted, it’s awesome.

Bought my dream bike last year from these guys, was a year old this week so took it back for a service. Great friendly service, honest about what it did / didn’t need, very happy, thank you.

Recently purchased my new pinarello prince from the team. Absolutely fantastic service and you can feel the excitement and genuine passion for bikes rubbing off on you as soon as you enter the shop. Cheers guys and a special shout out to Jacob for looking after me.

Fantastic service from Jacob and team , who sourced me a great new Cervelo which I am delighted with . Great team and would really recommend
