We fell upon the store nor realising there was one in Swindon. Lots of selection, and space to browse all on display. Excellent customer service that was greatly appreciated.

Went into Procook at Swindon designer…
Went into Procook at Swindon designer outlet today and decided to look at some knives for my mum and stepdad whose original set was like something from the 70's and blunter than a butter knife. A really helpful young lady whose name I believe was Glendria, helped me to decide by letting my try out different knives and I finally settled on a set she suggested which was close to what my parents had but MUCH sharper and a nice set with a traditional wooden block. I just wanted to thank Gelndria for her patience and help. Will definitely shop there again.

Problem with a frying pan
I took a frying pan into the shop because the surface was peeling. The manger and a colleague could not have been more helpful. The item was replaced without any hassle.

Best shopping experience in a long time
We came into ProCook intending to buy several items. While looking at saucepans a sales assistant asked if we needed any help,we did. He then advised us about the saucepans. When we returned after deciding what set we wanted he was a further help, checking did we want non stick frying pan or not. Then advised us on knives and sharpener, utensils and offers.
