I have already left, recently, an excellent review on Trustpilot, re 11/02/26. I don't think I need to do it twice.

Took in faulty appliance to the Street store. It was exchanged quickly with no fuss. The person dealing with the issue could not have been more helpful.
Have bought quite a few items from Procook and this is the first one that has had any fault, so was wondering how it would be handled. Very impressed that the issue was handled so well.

Staff was very helpful

I took in some Non-Stick pans that I had bought from them several months ago. The Non-Stick was not working. To my surprise, the manager (quite possibly called Daniel) was happy to exchange these and to set their cost against a pair of slightly more expensive stainless steel pans. Good service, considering I had had the unsatisfactory pans for some considerable time.

We bought a set of cookware from their shop in Street. The cashier offered to put the rather bulky box behind the counter until we had finished shopping. My husband collected it later & took it back to the car. Unfortunately, I didn’t look at it until I was having guests for Sunday lunch & thought I would use them. To my horror, on unpacking the box I discovered a knife set instead!
We called the shop who said they couldn’t help until Monday.
On duly calling Monday morning & relaying the fiasco the customer service lady said she’d get back to us, which of course, she didn’t!
We have now been told to either travel to Bath or wait 2 or 3 weeks for delivery.
Both these options are unacceptable, as it was their mistake by giving us the wrong package so they should rectify it as soon as possible!

Provided Procook with details as requested but still haven’t received a solution!

Haven't bought pans in years. Got some good advice in shop with my purchase and fantastic deal. Plenty of choice, worth the visit. Definitely recommend 👌

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, I wanted a new saucepan to match my others but the lid style had changed, but they went and found me the one that matched mine and swapped it over. Polite and friendly.

I enjoy a shopping experience where I am not attacked as soon as my foot is in the door but people are available if I need them……that’s this store.

I had a production fault on a baking tin I bought recently. The staff looked up my purchase and very quickly gave me options and I was pleased to agree to a replacement as the roasting tin was so useful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
