Not being pressured, however I needed to ask for an item ,which was presented. Saved me looking around. Staff knew their stock.well impressed.

We visited the store with a view to purchasing a new knife set. Staff were helpful and well informed. We were able to try the knives before purchasing which was great. There was no pressure to buy but we did buy a knife set as well as other items.

Took broken knife in and it was sorted and replaced with no problems and very nice staff

I have always brought from them. I smashed just one plate from my dinner set, just walked in a picked up a replacement just like that. No hassle

Served by a very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable lass who explained the differences between the various stainless steel frying pans clearly without trying to push the more expensive ones. Also gave useful guidance on how to correctly use a stainless steel pan.

I chose a saucepan that I wanted going by its size and weight. Taking it over to the counter we then had to queue, understandably. When it was our turn I handed the saucepan to the assistant who said he had to get one boxed which we understood, he took it and put it back on the shelf where it came from but then came back to us. Then asked which size we wanted. I then had to explain that I wanted the one I gave him. He then said he wasn’t sure which one that was now but could we go and get it as it was busy and he had to serve other customers. We were then asked to go to the back of the queue when we tried to get served at the front. Had it not been necessary to get that saucepan I would have walked out.
