The pans appear to be good, although we have not used them all yet. 🙄The problem with Pro Cook is that their computer harrasses you constantly for a review, whatever, your situation or stresses of life maybe. I would recommend that you do not give them your email if you purchase anything.

Problem resolved hassle free
Ordered a glass item as a Xmas present online, however, when it arrived it was smashed to pieces. Concerned that I didn't have enough time to return and replace before Xmas, I went to the Clarkes Village store on 16th December at around 1800, where the lady running the shop was extremely helpful and understanding. Within 3 minutes, I was leaving the store with a brand new item, leaving the broken one with her. It was completely hassle free, and her customer service was the best I've received in a very long time.

Pleasant shop and clean
Pleasant shop and clean. Staff were a little over eager. I’d asked a price for an item which was more than I wanted to pay. When I completed my purchase. I noticed that the item had been added to my bill. I explained that I was asking the price and that I’d said I didn’t want it so the staff member refunded it. The other customers behind me didn’t seem impressed to have to wait.
