Good purchase
Saucepans look good, we have only used them a couple of times so far. Scrambled eggs got a bit stuck in the small pan, but came off in dishwasher. Draining lid is very useful and they heat up well; we have an induction hob, so start them off on low heat as you would a ceramic pan. I've not used the ceramic frying pans yet.
We chose these over the over the other stainless steel sets because of the heat proof silicone handle, draining lid and weight of pan which was not too heavy. So far we are pleased with them. Purchased on sale with blue light card, so price was very reasonable.
The salesperson was very helpful at Spalding going through the four ranges we were interested in which helped us to make a decision.

Purchased a food processor along with…
Purchased a food processor along with some other items. The food processor didn’t perform well, at all and was unusable as a grater, which it stated it was suitable for.
I requested a refund two days after the date of purchase, due to it not doing what I required it to and was told I wasn’t entitled to one, due to the fact it had been used.
If not fit for purpose, then, as trading standards states, the customer is eligible for a refund. If the attitude and approach to customers doesn’t change, Procook will cease to exist.
Will never buy from the company again.
