Very helpful
Had to return a couple of induction pans that were too small to trigger our oven that were part of a set and Jan and Daniela from the O2 (hopefully names right) couldn’t be more helpful, I thought it would be really difficult and they sorted it out and now I have pans that work and are the sizes I want! Thank you!

The salesman who served me was Excellent. He helped me find a Set of Knives , which had been Discontinued recently by calling around a lot of the other Pro Cook branches. A- for Excellence.

Excellent knowledgable service
The staff and manager here yesterday were fantastic - helped my friend ordering pots for her new kitchen. Outstanding customer service
I made a purchase at the O2 Greenwich store. As always, products and prices are great, but what stood out at this visit was the customer service. Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman's name, but I can honestly say his customer service skills were the best I have experienced in a very long time.

Incredible knowledge
The gentleman who served us was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. So much so, I complemented him in front of a full shop. No way should the Management allow him to leave!
