I love the ProCook shops - I love how light and airy they are, and the staff are always super-helpful. I bought a hand mixer recently, which I’ve not had chance to use yet, but everything else I’ve ever bought there has always been excellent quality so hopefully, their hand mixers are no different. I’d highly recommend ProCook!

Sorry there is no other word to describe the Pro Cook, it’s not Pro Cook it’s Pro Scam! I bought a mini blender back in December(Gateshead), I have only used it for protein shake. It’s stopped working, I went to shop they gave a replacement, get a protein drink that night(milk, banana, Protein powder) and stopped working again. I bought it for 39, now they refunded 29 saying the price is dropped. So pound 10 in their pocket for their poor quality product. Please don’t fall for this scam.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Greeting you when you enter the store and asking if you need any help, which is so helpful when you don't want to walk around all the shop trying to find the item you require.

Great online deals that can be used in store. Downside is that you have to know the deals and combinations as they are not all displayed in store, this would probably make them more sales. Great to be able to go in and see the products. The product, ss pans are great and have replaced our non stick pans for almost everything.

Very expensive..you can certainly get cheaper somewhere else.
As soon as we entered the store one of the staff rushed up from the back to ask if we need anything or just having a look...this has put us off immediately.. not very welcoming at all.
I find this very intimidating. No other customers were asked or approached while we were there. Obviously we are foreign. This behaviour needs changing as it is based on race/look. Judging customers based on how they look or dress. Staff need to have positive attitude towards customers.
Will Never go back again.

We visited the metrocentre procook, to buy some knives for our daughter, excellent service. Polite, helpful staff. Clean store. I purchased an egg slicer as well, I am not sure yet, as it didnt slice the egg, I'll try again, maybe the egg was too soft.
