Great quality products. Helpful staff

Good value, plenty of choice and really helpful staff.

I bought a Wok, when I used it the handle (to help lift the wok) was extremely hot!

I'm so glad they've opened a branch in Medowhall Sheffield, the items ARE expensive but, they are definitely worth the prices since I have never had any issues with ProCook's products, and the staff were very helpful and patient when I was looking for stuff to buy.

Lovely, friendly staff. Great variety of products. The staff member i spoke to allowed us to open boxes to see if the colour would match my kitchen. She was happy to help giving us different options and understood if we said something wasn't what we wanted. I did feel pressured to make a decision there and then either!

The vibe and decor was so nice, had a moment to look around before a lovely member of staff asked me if i wanted anything specific. She immediately guided me to exactly what i needed, recommended one and showed me their best seller. She was so lovely, extremely friendly and helpful. I havent used the product since its a gift but ive looked and it looks very high quality and like it will last for a long time! Looking around originally showed that they have nearly everything needed in the kitchen and more! 🩷

Assistant was very helpful and friendly. Products good price. Lots of choice.

The people working in the shop were extremely helpful and kind. I’ve taken off a star as you have stickers on every item that are pointless. They have a heart and a little message that I can’t even remember. Had to soak and scrub every item to get the sticker off. Not helpful for an elderly person with arthritis.

The shop was lovely and clean and well laid out.
The advisors were polite and helpfull, I asked an advisor for help with a product and asked about certain features. I was happy wirh the information received and ended up buying the product.

Only went in for a potato peeler so not as if this was going to be the most expensive sale of the day! The young saleswoman couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and professional. She went through all the potato peelers in stock, eventually selling me one and my sister also bought a couple of items that she wasn’t expecting to buy! I’ll definitely go back there and I’ve already told a couple of friends about Pro Cook.
