I was helped by 3 lovely ladies at the Outlet Shop today, they couldn’t ‘t have been anymore helpful. Totally recommend going to this shop if you need pans or cookware. One kind lady even helped me to carry my purchases to the car. Really appreciated this level of service, which was second to non. Thankyou!

I was served by a lovely lady with beautiful very long hair. She helped me select the products I was looking for as I was making a gift up for my niece.
She advised me on what she thought would be most suitable and was very polite and helpful.
My niece absolutely loved her baking bundle. Thank you ☺️

I Paid for my product and was…
I Paid for my product and was immediately told by the assistant that the payment had not gone through.I was adamant that it had. I was again told that it hadn't,fed up with discussing any further I paid again.During a routine check of my bank account I noticed that the exact same amount that I hadn't paid was put back into my account. Oh dear.
