Very friendly and helpful service. When home found that one of the boxes was opened and items missing, as used for display in store. Rectified immediately and box replaced. Given discount.

Great service - poor product quality
Purchased a pasta roller, which is 'ProCook' branded, and the quality is very poor. Handle keeps falling out, the shaping/cutting tool keeps coming off when you roll and pasta gets stuck in roller as it has a sharp edge. That said, the service was friendly and good, which is reflected in the average score here.
