Good range and prices, helpful staff
Procook carries a good range of keenly priced, good quality products. The Procook Nihon knives that I bought today were to complement the two from the same range that I have had for nearly 5 years and have had daily use without ever having to be sharpened.
I also particularly like the layout and presentation of the new store in Lewes. The member of staff there that I dealt with, the till receipt identifies her as Monika, was particularly helpful.
I'm unable to select the correct store to review as only their old Lewes store is shown; the one that I went to is at 5 The Friars, Lewes.

I needed a metal pancake turner
I needed a metal pancake turner, not too stiff nor rigid. Precook had an amazingly varied selection to choose from. They had various widths and thicknesses, some non-metal and others metal, some sharp-edged and others dull and blunt. I ended up with a medium width, bluntish metal one.

Requests for reviews irritating
Product looks okay, store was well laid out, staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the constant 'reminders' for a review since purchase have made me really regret giving them my email address for the warranty. I strongly recommend not doing this.

Great Service, great range, great quality
We received great service, great advice all wrapped up with a warm and friendly chat. We were shopping for some specific new carving / kitchen knives, so knew what we wanted. Thoroughly recommend this store

I love porcook such good quality items that last and cleans up good 👍 . Would recommend 💯 % if you are looking to freshen up you kitchen they also have all different colours to match your style and if your not sure on something ask any member of staff they all so helpful. I go to porcook in lewes High Street they are all so nice In there .

Very good service .however strange to…
Very good service .not a booklet on care , however strange to purchase a good quality kettle for £50.00 and not to provide a cardboard box for protection but having to pay an extra 10p for a plastic bag...strange.
How do they deliver when purchased on line ,also in a plastic bag.?
