Excellent Service - the absolute best!
We had a problem with some baking trays which we had purchased previously from another shop and then queried when in the Procook shop in Harrogate. They were fantastic in advising us about returning them and how to do that with the Cardiff store. Excellent service and a wide range of equipment which we took full advantage of. Well done and thank you!!

New pans.
I wanted a saute pan, a small frying pan and a crepe pan. The assistant showed me the ranges and explained the differences. I choose from the pro cook elite range. So far they have been brilliant. No sticking and lovely to use.
