Lovely clean shop, helpful staff and great selection of products. Georgina was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, and explained which items were included in certain deals too.

Friendly and approachable
One of the staff members checked if we needed any help, directed us to the product we wanted to see, answered our questions about it, and kept it behind the till whilst we browsed. We felt well attended.

Excellent service from Staff in the Harrogate store
Staff in the Harrogate store are very helpful. They contacted me as promised to let me know the crokery I needed to complete our set was back in stock and kept the bowls aside for us to pick up at a later date.
