The sales assistant (unfortunately I did not get her name) was an absolute star, she was helpful and very thorough in ensuring the dinner plate sets i was buying were all good opening each box and checking the quality and there were a lot of pieces to check over!! Fantastic customer services 👌

Really good visit
We had an issue with the electronic receipt from a previous purchase that we needed to return and exchange.
