Excellent product, brilliant staff
I wanted a new set of saucepans and the lady in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. She gave me very good advice and I came away feeling very pleased indeed. Having previously bought a cookpot which is still like brand new after a few years use, I knew I was getting a good quality product and am confident I will get many years use from my purchases.

She could easily have sold us a different more expensive product but ensured we got the best buy. (Egg poacher insert/pan)
