Excellent service from the staff
The lady who served us went above and beyond what we expected. Having gone to the store with a problem we had, she did everything she could to sort it. Unfortunately they were down to one working till in the shop. She was very apologetic and patient, and eventually it was sorted. The produce is of a very high quality and I would recommend.

ProCook is a lovely , clean and organised shop, and the service and attention to detail is excellent, so whenever we go to Lakeside we pay them a visit. We may just go in to have a look, but we always come out with something exciting! Brilliant service once again
