The store in Cirencester is well laid out. I was fortunate as I was early in to the shop and the salesperson had time to explain the availability of the products that I wanted.

Great service
Great service, the salesperson explained the differences between the various types of woks available and also found the right lid for it. Also needed a new cafetière and the same salesperson demonstrated how many mugs (rather than cups) each would hold.

Very helpful service at the till
Very helpful service at the till, I was issued a warranty for the plates for a year from the till receipt but a back up email receipt which was also sent to me as proof of purchase to validate the warranty.

On visiting ProCool in Cirencester…
On visiting ProCool in Cirencester Gloucestershire the staff were very friendly. I new exactly what I needed so didn’t need any help but they were warn and polite .
