The store in Cirencester is well laid out. I was fortunate as I was early in to the shop and the salesperson had time to explain the availability of the products that I wanted.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. We were looking at roasting tins and a member of staff came along and asked if we needed any help. She asked if we were planning to use on the hob and gave us the advantages/disadvantages of each type which helped us make our selection. This was really useful. Very well stocked store.

I love ProCook and i love cooking
I love ProCook and i love cooking! The magnetic knife block including 3 fabulous knives is great value for money. I get to touch and see the cookware rather than ordering online and getting poor quality items!
