I purchased a set of knifes with…
I purchased a set of knifes with supposedly a block to place them in as I don't like to see knifes on display . I had to go back to my car and the staff member had wrapped them up on my return to pay for them.
When I got home I found that I was given a magnetic block instead . I live a quite distance from the shop and going back was inconvenient at such a busy time of the year. The staff member did apologies but it cost me travel time and cost in fuel to return.
An offer of discount would have been appreciated .

Great range of goods and I was able to buy it all in one place. We got a steamer with two levels, a frying pan and a saucepan set. We’ve used them all and they are excellent to cook with and very easy to clean.

ProCook Cardiff a store to visit
Visited the Cardiff store on 10th December, was greeted upon entering and told us not to hesitate in asking for assistance. Store was well set up as they had not long opened, the young lady was busily dusting everything. The young man,Liam, was very kind reaching and carrying things for us. Made our purchase and asked if we could collect it later. Upon return he even offered to carry the items to our car. Highly recommend the service we received at this store.

Kitchen knives
I sought advice from the member of staff who was very knowledgeable and helped me to purchase a set if kitchen knives.
He was polite, helpful and gave me his full attention. I didn't feel pushed into a decision.

Great choice, great service
A smaller outlet but very well set out with excellent variety of kitchen products.
From wooden spoons, great knife selection to electronic gadgets and the friendly helpful staff, this store is certainly well worth a visit.
