Friendly professional service
The reason my wife and I return time and again to the Procook shop is 100% certainty of quality products and first class customer service . Nothing is too much trouble and help is on hand but browsing is interference free . We almost always make a purchase . This time it was a new dinner service with each piece meticulously checked for us by the cheerful salesperson 👩💼. Thank you so much

Hard to resist
Whilst only window browsing and with no plan to make any purchases, my wife and I could not resist venturing further into the shop at Bournemouth. We were greeted by a very efficient member of staff who reassured us that should we need any assistance, we need simply to ask.
We did purchase several items and were tremendously impressed with both the quality and the very reasonable prices.

Great Products
It was easy to find the things I wanted, the store is laid out really well and easy on the eye, so was good to go into. The staff were friendly and helpful, will be going back in sometime soon.

Excellent Customer service, quality products, good selection
Excellent quality very good customer service these people know their product excellent range so the customer is able to make good decisions on future cookware The Range is extensive of their products and if you’re looking to do echo cooking and not using too much plastic or Teflon and you want to be friendly to the planet this is the place to go
