Sad not to find Campagnolo
I think that regular $14.95 shipping is excessive.
I would think twice before ordering. Also is very sad how you can’t find anything Campagnolo here. Before when I built my bikes I bought all my campagnolo groups here including my campagnolo wheels.

Steer Clear of Probikekit
I've been a month waiting for Probikekit to arrange a collection for the faulty wheel they sold me.
Two agreed dates have come and gone.
They don't answer emails.
1 star is too generous, this is horrible company to deal with.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I’d give ZERO stars if that was an option. Horrible policies, terrible customer service, impossible to get in touch with them. I will never ever use them again no matter how good the deal might be.
“Date of experience” is really a 2 month span of going in circles with them regarding a return. Which I’m currently stuck with.

What a roller coaster (in a bad way)
What a roller coaster
I ordered a frame set from PBK in late March. The web site’s nice. The order was easy. The bike came within a week in perfect condition.
Prior to arriving, DHL collected $125 CAD from me for import duty (I’m in Canada).
As I unwrapped the frame, I saw that it was a 51 cm frame….I ordered a 54. Oops…. human error… oh well.
I contacted PBK right away and they apologised and told me they’d arrange & cover the return.
I asked about the import duty, if I’d get that back too (their mistake… equal to £75… included a screenshot of my receipt). The response-
“… unfortunately, we would be unable to pay the duties fees for the delivery, but will cover the returns cost as this was our mistake. The dispatch fees are implemented by the courier, apologies for this.”
This alone ends my doing business with PBK again. It was THEIR mistake!?
Sadly, there’s more.
So, the return went without a hitch. FedEx was arranged by them and they collected the re-boxed frameset.
Time went by…. waiting for my refund. By mid-April, I contacted PBK to inquire about my return.
They “appear” not to have it yet…
“If your tracking confirms that this has been delivered…”
“ If after 14 days you have still not received your confirmation, please forward your proof of postage/ tracking details and we will be happy to look into this for you.”
WHAT!? PBK arranged the return (The HUB- who owns PBK, actually arranged it).
So, it’s on me to prove to you that I’m not a crook. Now I feel like a crook! This isn’t fun doing business with PBK. Not easy at all.
Funny note here. I couldn’t find my paperwork… took some time to eventually find an email from the lady at The HUB with all the details including tracking. Meanwhile, I’ve inquired again (May 19!).
Tracking showed that the frame was returned 2 days after it was mailed to the warehouse in Cheshire, England, signed for at 9:42 AM.
I contacted PBK with this and asked for my refund.
Really long story a bit shorter, I had to contact them 3 more times over a couple more weeks before I got my $805 back (“we are still chasing this and checking in our warehouse). So, they can’t return a customer’s money till they find the item that they clearly have??
Bizarre. Not a good experience. And I’m still out $125 CAD because THEY made a mistake.

below, you will read the reply from PBK that gives the impression that they have “resolved” something with me. Other than getting my $ back for the purchase, there is nothing to add. I am still out the $125 in import fees for THEIR mistake. Even shady-er than I thought they were.
