I tried to email you to arrange delivery on one of two days. Not sure the email reached you as next thing I heard was that delivery would be that day… two days before hoped for. When we rode the bike the hub gear was misaligned and missed two gears and would not engage first. I made the simple fix myself but this should not have been necessary coming straight from the factory. Otherwise delighted with the bike.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bike Factory. My bike delivery was mishandled twice — both times they used the same courier, which returned the parcel without my consent. Despite the issue happening once already, no effort was made to fix the process or choose a more reliable delivery option.

Communication was poor, and I was left waiting with no resolution. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

Overall, the service was unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend Bike Factory based on my experience.
