Although a scarey idea to put so much trust in the concept, I felt quite comfortable when all was said and done. I truly enjoyed my conversations with Adam and feel he was a very strong representative for Probate Advance!

During a very difficult time, the passing of my dear mother, I was in need of financial assistance in order to make it until the end of the probate process. Will was extremely helpful, kind and made the whole process extremely simpleand straightforward. He answered any and all questions I had for him and I received the financial advance and assistance i desperately needed. After my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly last year, we soon discovered there is a bustling business of companies who'll reach out unbidden to sell you an advance loan on your inheritance.

Despite form letters indicating they've already done preliminary "research" on the deceased's estate, and they they already have an idea of how much they can help you, they obviously haven't because my father-in-law is STILL ALIVE and he's the immediate inheritor of all of her estate.

Anyhow, that's all bad enough (and I need to keep intercepting the unsolicited junk mail from these leeches so that my wife, who is still grieving over the loss, doesn't see them).

But why does Probate Advance get a special mention? Despite having sent several letters already, which we never asked for and have never responded to, they did a number today: An envelope addressed to my wife, but with a letter inside regarding the estate of a stranger addressed to, what I can only assume, is one of the deceased's surviving family members.

That's right, Probate Advance can't even be bothered to do any QC on this trash they're sending out.

Even if we were ever inclined to utilize the services of these "post-mortem ambulance chasers," the sheer incompetence of this company would immediately strike them from our list.

Update: As you cans ee by Probate Advance's response, they send you unsolicited mail during a time of grieving, and then expect recipient to jump through hoops to get off of their mailing list. Gross.

Their sales manager was very aggressive on his approach! Have to write it like that since probate advance tries to get reviews taken down. This is a company that sent many letters and made many phone calls to me! After our conversation where i said i would proceed he then when ghost from all communication. Wouldn't answer calls or text. Now this is a company calling about death you think they would have a little more consideration. So for that and he's a manager i find it very unprofessional and that's why they get 1 star from me

Probate Advance really stepped up and helped me when I needed it. They were fast with their work and made everything happen so fast. They make the whole loan process seem so easy and my family received our money within 48 hours. At first I was worried about trusting anyone with my moms estate and our money but Probate Advance did what they said they were going to do and they are upfront and honest about everything. They even gave me a break on the percent that I had to pay back which was a great surprise. We highly recommend Probate Advance to anyone looking for a Probate loan. Great work keep it up. This company is an absolute, 100% SCAM!
I applied for an advance on the sale of my dad's home after he passed. I was approved for $15,000. However I was only given $5000 with the remaining $10,000 held in an account to be given to me upon the sale of the house. However I am expected to pay this company back as though I had been given the full amount of $15,000.00!
I contacted the company and requested contact information for their legal department to attempt to discuss the matter. I was refused the information or any information as to what lawyer or lawfirm even represents the company!
I intend to look into filing a class action suit against this company.
Don't get scammed by them like I have been!!

Probate advance filed an ex parte when they got tired of waiting fopr repayment. As a result the extra time cost me 22k minimum, -, They not only caused delay in process of my father's estate—They didn’t even show ek up to the hearing they so desperately needed to have. All of this for them to charge us double! Really?? Now they disputing my right to freedom of speech so they don't have a bad review*

When I first called I was unsure. Customer service agent Brent was going out of his way to get me my money it was there the next day. He also kept me informed all the way thru the process. Very courteous. Since that first time I’ve had 4 more loans. I feel like Brent and me have been friends for years. I would recommend phrobate advance to all my friends and family. Thank you brent
