i reached out to probate advance after recieving letter they where not able to help me due to the fact my uncle passed away in cook county chicago because cook county processes probate differently compared to the rest of the united states i have called them several times requested my name to be removed there mailing list to this day they continue to send there mailings despite the fact there no help to me

This company charges way too much for a loan. It’s almost considered predatory lending. I actually might look into that further and on top of that they approved my brother for a loan he signed the contract then they rejected him within minutes. Bad business

Probate advance has the best team in the market. My inheritance was going to be another 9 months and I needed money now . I did two advances with Probate and my rep Jay Delahanty and got same day funding on both . Jay was responsive professional and he did all the work getting the documents he needed to close.
