Great service as usual. Our flight was delayed about an hour out of Lisbon but Christian (at Private Jet Charter) kept us fully informed and we were well looked after in the terminal while we waited. No complaints at all.

Rayna is incredible. We had complicated needs and she found solutions that no other charter company even considered. We were moving and our international charter involved dogs, our daughter, and a lot of stuff. Rayna made a chaotic situation smooth and effortless.

Rayna was top notch, beginning to end. Made arrangements, stayed in very close touch, provided accurate information throughout. No bad surprises, only good ones. Honest throughout. Pilots were super, friendly, helpful.

Attention to detail and making every client feel like they are number one. We don’t have a membership because we only charter once or twice a year but anytime I reach out to Tony Godley and his team they make me feel like we are the most important clients on their list.
