No Flight and No Refund
I am submitting this review for customer awareness. Full transparency, I am not the customer, but my 81-year-old Uncle was. He booked a roundtrip flight with Jet Charter to visit family in Oct 2025. The cost of the roundtrip flight was $28,000 that included himself, two adult children, and a family dog. Upon conclusion of his visit with family, my Uncle and cousins were scheduled to depart on Oct 10. The flight never arrived to pick them up and take them home. On Saturday Oct 11, there was still no flight. Jet Charter then communicated that they could send another plane, at my Uncle's extra expense of $26,000. Jet Charter also stated they would refund my Uncle $14,000 of the original $28,000 since they only provided one-way transportation. My Uncle declined the extra cost of another company's plane and decided to rent a car to drive home (a 15-hour trip). I am writing this review to bring awareness that Jet Charter has NOT reimbursed my Uncle. My Mom, his sister, also left a review similar in nature to this one and Jet Charter threatened my Uncle that unless my Mom removed her review, they would not reimburse my Uncle the $14,000. In her efforts to help, my Mom removed her review on 06Nov2025 and Jet Charter still has not reimbursed my Uncle as of 04Feb2026. If you want to deal with a company that doesn't ensure the roundtrip flight is available that you paid for upfront in full, uses retaliation and threats, and doesn't refund you the money they promised to you, go right ahead. This is not an ethical company, and I think people should know. Since it is obvious after 4 months that Jet Charter has no intention to reimburse my Uncle as they stated they would, I'm leaving this review. Caveat Emptor.
