The company sent a full size sample , (it was quite a large order ) which arrived quickly. This enabled us to fully appreciate what we were ordering.
Delivery of the full order was prompt by pallet not one damaged slab.
The champagne limestone is fabulous laid on a grid looks so contempary.
Great product, non slip even when hosed down

Ordered porcelain tiles for my front garden and liked them so much decided to do my back garden as well.Staff were helpful all the way through the sale and delivery.I would highly recommend this company.I am one really happy customer

Fantastic outdoor non slip tiles. Beautiful grey that looks natural in the garden and adds interest. Excellent delivery, ordered 68square metres and no broken or damaged tiles received despite a long journey! Would use again and recommend.

Firstly, the customer service is on point. When organising jobs, having to make changes and needing technical information you need reliable, easily contactable people to deal with, which they are. The product itself looks great. Delivery bang on time.
Only slight negative, I had 600x600 tiles, which actually should be labelled 593x593. At no point is there a mention of this on the packaging and the website, so please measure twice cut once. However, the price, quality and customer service more than made up for it.

We have recently purchased two different tiles from Prima Porcelain for our garden project. Through out the process from choosing the tiles to the sales and delivery the company has been very helpful and has made the process stress free as possible. This includes sending out samples and emailing pictures across of the full tile as and when requested. Melissa has been absolutely fantastic in helping us to choose the tiles to achieve our vision, keeping us informed and for getting the products to us on time on each occasion and also replacing any tiles that had been damaged in transit. We are extremely happy with the tiles and the customer service that has been provided in particular by Melissa. Thank you.

I found PrimaPorcelain very easy to deal with. Excellent range of colours and sizes available to view at their showroom. We decided on Cemento grey with a graphite border. Transformed our garden with a very sleek modern and clean look. 5/5 slip rating is good to have too. I would highly recommend 👍🏻

After a period of 5 or 6 years, I wanted to purchase a small number of PrimaPorcelain outdoor paving tiles to match the same that had been used on my original project. I contacted Greensquares who I originally bought the PrimaPorcelain tiles from and talked to Melissa who informed me that unfortunately, the kind of tile that I was looking for was no longer available. However, she said that she would see if it was possible to source any that maybe in storage. A few days later she contacted me to say that the tiles I was looking for were available but in a different size. I told her that they would still be suitable and promptly put in my order. Melissa could not have been more helpful and was so professional in making sure that I had everything that I needed. Greensquares and PrimaPorcelain have shown the same care and attention to detail every time I have used them and I cannot fault them for their quality of service and product.

I called to try to decide on the best tile for my lounge. The gentleman who answered was wonderful. He gave me enough information to help my decision, discussing sizes and colours. However he went so much further. He sent me photos of the possible tiles and guided me through the whole process. So much better than any other company I contacted.

On March I purchased patio tiles from Primer Porcelain online, got a real bargain from their sale. Melissa helped me organise my purchase, she emailed pictures of the slabs and we agreed a suitable delivery date and time. Am so pleased with my new patio slabs and quality of service from all involved..especially Melissa. I would definitely recommend to friends thanks again Melissa.

This is the second time we’ve used this company and the second time we’ve had the same slabs. Great communication, great customer service and very helpful. The slabs came in perfect condition, only 1 slab out of 108 had a slight chip on it. They look amazing and we’re thrilled with them.

Excellent quality porcelain patio tiles (my contractor said so too). Service from Melissa was great, very helpful a pleasure to deal with. She was particularly patient as we changed our mind a few times before hitting on the right colour tiles. The delivery was as promised and the new patio looks amazing. Delighted with our porcelain tiles and have received many compliments. Ruslan was an excellent and very efficient help in choosing our flooring with an extremely lovely personable nature. It was good to meet him at the very impressive showroom.

I used the sample service to help me choose the colour stone I wanted which was delivered within a couple of days. When it came to placing my order, the staff were really helpful in making sure I ordered the correct quantity I needed and delivery was within about a week or so from ordering which was great.

I'm really pleased with the colour of the stone itself which is low maintenance, easy to clean and non-slip.
