Excellent service and all my queries were answered by the sales team instantly.

Based on a sample I was sent I ordered a set of tiles for my garden however what I received was completely different. They were a completely different texture and looked very distressed. I have now escalated this matter.

The salesperson new exactly what I needed and responded with a quote within the hour. The company's CRM system is very good, and they had my details from a previous order from more than 3 years before, which meant they knew what products I had previously ordered.

Unfortunately we didn't receive until Wednesday when was told for monday lost alot of money because of it

I have used primaporcelain previously for tiles for my garden and chose to use them again as I can’t fault there service they provide. Would highly recommend as always easy to deal with and if you have any issues they are very quick at responding and sorting it out for you.

Ordered Limestone Champagne porcelain tiles for our patio. Really pleased with the quality which has given a modern look to our garden. Also good value having checked other companies for similar products online. Would highly recommend

The PrimaPorcelain products were of good quality and reasonably priced. Customer service was helpful, offering samples to guide our choice. Delivery was prompt, but the need for additional tools and effort for installation was a bit unexpected. Overall, a decent experience, though a few aspects could have been smoother.

Good product at a decent price salesperson was very helpful l bought 6 pallets of tiles unfortunately 3 pallets were broken making delivery harder and resulted in 4 broken tiles

Tiles I received where nothing like the sample and they refused to pay the return shipping even though they where wrong colour and I the pictures to prove it.
