The couple was overjoyed with the elegant design and high quality of the pieces. I chose a set that featured a classic white finish with subtle detailing, making it versatile for any occasion. The packaging was also impressive—each piece was well-protected, and it looked stunning when presented. The newlyweds mentioned they love how the crockery enhances their dining experience, and I couldn’t agree more.

Complete rip off!!!! Claimed 5 year warranty on parts and 2 on labour. Was only 18 month old Oven and said it was not registered so didnt have any guarantee. Paid £100 for engineer to visit. He said the circuit bord was faulty and would sort one in 48 hours. Three days later, I had to contact them. They said it would be 3 to 4 MONTH before they could get the part!!!

While it worked, brilliant. 3 years and heating element went. Still under parts guarantee, but the labour cost wasn't worth it, for not much more I could buy a new dishwasher. I usually try and mend things myself (Oven elements, washing machine, car etc) but this was beyond me, over £100 for the part. For £400 quid I expected it to last longer. Bought a different make for 1/2 the price in a sale.
Would not recommend.

Absolutely shocking complete rip off poor quality products and aftercare is unbelievable, paid non refundable £99 call out charge for unlimited labour no parts the engineer walked in and said "yep it needs £1000 worth of parts" and left within a minute!!!

Had a new kitchen fitted with Prima appliances supplied by the kitchen company, the gas on glass hob looks great but we had a gas leak from the hob, I was told we’d have a replacement delivered via Parcel Force which never arrived. I had taken a day off work for this, I phoned them to find out what was happening and they rearranged another one which they used one of their own vans to deliver. Once the new one was installed I arranged for the old one to be collected, told a day and time even double checked the time scale over the phone so I could be home. I got home to find that the driver had been to collect the hob half an hour before the allocated time, I then had to phone to arrange another collection. There was no phone call from the driver as I was told. I have been taking time off from work to sort this but I shouldn’t have to keep changing my schedule because there’s no phone calls, emails or texts to explain what time frames are

AVOID! I had all my appliances supplied by prima for a new kitchen.

My fridge freezer broke after 11 months flooding my kitchen, prima sent out a third party company to fix the freezer. They deemed the freezer not fixable and advised on a new one to be supplied.

Prima sent a new fridge freezer, they claimed multiple times it was a different freezer with the same dimensions as the previous one.

This was NOT the case, the new fridge freezer has different anchoring points for the cupboard door. Prima tried turning this back on me on an incorrect installation. Evidence was provided showing the fridge freezer was bang on level and anchored to the cupboard walls in the same place as the previous.

They then said they would speak to the factory to confirm the dimensions. 4 weeks went by and I still had no response and kept getting fobbed off. I phone prima and a customer advisor advised the models were most likely different but would not confirm.

7 weeks since raising the issue, I’ve had no response or solution other than “it’s been passed onto the factory”

Please avoid this company unless you want cheap Chinese appliances that will be faulty and no customer support.

We had a new kitchen extension built in late summer 2020 and ordered the kitchen with appliances from a kitchen contractor. By the time the build was finished and we started to use the finished kitchen it was early 2021. After the warranty had run out (just!) on the dishwasher, I contacted prima to say the baskets had started to go rusty. The guy on the phone gave me a code. When I asked what it was for he ‘kindly’ advised it was the part number to buy a new tray for £160. I said I’d rather put the money towards a decent machine that lasted more than 19 months. 3 years in, and the trays have started to completely rust through and are now leaving rust marks on crockery and cutlery which seem impossible to remove.

Bought a new build with Prima appliances pre integrated. Induction hob cracked after approximately 2.5 years. Advised this was not covered by warranty as considered 'accidental damage'. Hob barely used.. Poor quality. Not made to last

Absolute rubbish! Had a kitchen fitted 12 months ago fridge went off within 2 weeks, 3 months later hob packed in- waited 3 weeks for a replacement. Replacement stopped working the beginning of May and I'm still waiting for a replacement. Just had a voice message saying that they're waiting for stock to arrive so my replacement won't arrive tomorrow, 10 weeks I've been waiting, goid job I had the money to get a replacement myself- went for bosch been no bother. I wouldn't recommend prima to anyone, I haven't heard of it and only got it as part of the kitchen

Hob arrived with rust spots on the hob and button and noticed this when cleaning my newly installed kitchen, and given k wasn’t prepared to accept this I am now buying a different brand replacement for this. The prima sink I have is bent, thin, poor quality and and ill fitting and has also scratched with black marks within seconds (even from a plastic washing up bowl). I have real Concerns now for the other appliances (dishwasher / microwave / extractor fan) I have having read these reviews …

We had a new kitchen put in just after covid and had a prima larder fridge put in, not our choice but got fed up waiting, we had someone out at it within six months, just didn't keep things cold, long story short we had to buy a new one (not Prima) total waste of money, don't buy one.

We had Prima appliances with a new kitchen & would not repeat the experience, despite the price & warranty. Induction hob & dishwasher OK. Fan oven warms up slowly & heats unevenly despite fan & element being replaced. Combi oven is hopeless. Also new fan & element but 15+ minutes to hit 180 & good luck with 200! Operation of functions not intuitive. In practice just an expensive microwave. Customer service & engineers good but save yourself the hassle.

Honestly the worst thing ever. I’ve never really complained about anything but these honestly take the p***. Never ever go anywhere near this company please save your self a massive ball a***

Absolutely woeful dishwasher. Had two fitted from new, one year apart. Both only lasted one year before they started leaking from the bottom and malfunctioning. Tried to get the second one replaced, only to be told some absolute garbage about the warranty extending back to the first purchase only! They then wanted £180 to come out and look at it, not including parts etc. Avoid at all costs.

The worst customer experience I have ever had buyers beware 5 year warranty not worth the paper it's written on time scale for repairs absolutely shocking and when the eventually turn up blame health & Safety that they cannot fix then said they need 2 people to replace a light bulb. they then said they cannot supply the 2 people to do the job so they will give us the part for us to fit it ourselves its a microwave for god sake. I wish I never purchased any Prima appliances in the first place absolutely shocking manager Helen just full of excuses with solutions that are not even workable.

Terrible appliances , had nothing but problems. Bought as rated by our kitchen suppliers but honestly don’t waste your time and money , had to have the microwave oven and warming draw replaced within a year now my fridge freezers just packed in. Total rubbish !

We bought our kitchen 5 years ago and chose Prima appliances as it was the preferred choice of the company supplying the kitchen (who I won’t name in the essence of fairness). We had to replace the dishwasher 2 years ago, the washing machine last year, and now - just 2 weeks before Christmas - we are having to replace the oven and the microwave. These appliances are poor quality and nigh on impossible to find parts for. We are now just waiting for the hob, the freezer and the fridge to pack in. My advice - don’t touch them with a barge pole!

We had our kitchen fitted my kitchen magic which came with a new oven supplied by Prima, the oven lasted approximately 2 months and just stopped working on the 18th November. We called kitchen magic they said it’s nothing to do with them and told us to contact the manufacturer which I did, this was 2 and half weeks ago and they said they haven’t got a engineer available until the 4th December. I informed them that we can’t wait that long without a oven but they said there was nothing they can do, even after I explained we have elderly parents that we need to cook for and need a oven, they said we have to just wait for the engineer. Because of the length of time we decided that we can’t go without an oven for so long so got a new one from curry’s. I called Prima to ask them to refund us for the oven we got from them they said as we didn’t wait for the engineer to come they only had our word that the oven was broken, we did explain we could not wait for them to send someone and was basically told it was tough and we can’t help you, shocking from this company

I had a new kitchen fitted in 2020. The appliances they supplied were from Prima. In the first 12 months I had to call them out to look at my integrated fridge freezer. The fridge was not working properly.After looking at it they told me to get in touch with the kitchen fitters and advised to put a vent at the bottom of the cupboard. Two years on and the fridge is freezing up.Phoned them up it’s 179.00 call out charge to include parts and Labour which is guaranteed for three moths. If they cannot get the parts then they will still charge 134.00 pounds. As the fridge is 3 years old I expect it to last at least 10years or more. Dont waste your money on buying a new Kitchen with prima appliances ask for a brsnd you can trust.
