I have been using MapServe for years to download site and block plans for planning applications. The site is really easy to use, the content is exactly what I need and the plans are always accepted by the planners. Adjusting the map ratios in my plans is easy and getting just enough information to satisfy the planners is simplicity.

The original email I got from Stefani on a Sunday wondering if she could help in anyway with a phone number lead to a call back but not only was she not in, it went through (as did other subsequent calls) to another third party company providing your 'reception' services.
When receiving an email offering help, then I would have expected that person to be there when that email is sent out, and whatever the number provided, I would expect that to go to the company that provides it - not an unspecified third party company. The lack of openess and clarity over the contact arrangements gives a very poor impression - and while I know companies operate like this to provide a 'professional front of house' service, the actual result is that it gives the impression the company is trying to hide behind a facade and pretend to be something its not - this looses trust. The very 'standardised email template' Stefani has used in responce to all my emails also gives the impression this is just an automated service or one generated by an AI bot (as does the fact that an email was seeminglt sent out automatically on a Sunday). It gives no impression that there is any human being at 'customer service' .. it is for this reason that I am giving the 'experience' a very low score.... the actual product however was very useful and was available very quickly after purchase - it would however, been more useful if this was 'geo-referenced'- something I had to do manually.

MapServe's website is easy to use and provided the information I required allowing me to complete my drawings quickly.

Great service, very user friendly.

A few weeks ago I made a purchase and immediately requested a refund as there was no clear explanation about the limitations of the photo.
I still have not received a refund, nor someone has contacted me regarding my request. This is not just disappointing but completely unprofessional. I have now raised a request for a charge back with my bank. If that is how mapserve treats their customers (by ignoring them), then that says it all about what kind of company it is.

Straightforward to use with lots of options and always the best value OS base mapping available anywhere online.

I called MapServe to find out if they did a service that provides a Land registry boundary in a Cad format along with the OS data.
I was very fortunate to have had Stefani pick up the call today.
Not only did you have what I was searching for the Ordnance Survey and Land Registry, providing freehold boundaries mapped over the latest OS data, Stefani also stayed on the line and guided me through every step and waited until I had completed the purchase to make sure that I had downloaded it correctly and received the data through the auto email too.
I have now registered on the Web site and will be using this service to complete the project that im currently working on.

The quality of maps are satisfactory. What I don't like is when a post code is inserted the map sticks on that location. One cannot pan to nearby areas - can only scale out the drawing to get the area desired.
Also when drawing a polyline area, again because the map does not pan this can only be achieved by scaling out the drawing and as as result the sometimes more, sometimes less area of the map is selected.

Accurate, fast and efficient. I have been using MapServe for over 8 years and have never once had an issue with it.

I’ve been using MapServe primarily for obtaining OS location plans in DXF format and carrying out quick area measurements, and it’s been a reliable tool for that purpose.

Professional user that semi-regularly purchases mapping data for agricultural, planning, & development purposes. Mapserve is the the most straight forward of any of the licenced distributors of OS maps, and usually the cheapest too.

I have used several mapping services, but MapServe is by far the most intuitive. The website is straightforward to navigate, and I was able to find and download the exact OS maps I needed in minutes. It is also significantly more cost-effective than other providers I’ve tried in the past. Highly recommended for anyone needing quick, reliable mapping without the high price tag.

Easy operation to download a DWG mapping file to the area I required.

As a professional user I find the website easy to use and the pricing for plans is competitive in dwg/dxf format. The company is also prepared to partially refund user error when the wrong basket icon is pressed and item paid for. If any changes could be undertaken I would rather see a single product basket on a page or drop down list to purchase items than the current multiproduct product purchase on a single page as it is now.
