We booked a trip from our hotel to Rhodes Old Town. The coach picked us up on time, but that’s where the positives ended.
The drive there was incredibly rude when me, my wife, and my 8-year-old son were getting onto the coach. He got us to Rhodes Old Town fine, but when it came to taking us back to our accommodation, that’s when things really took a turn.
We arrived at the bus to find the coach driver arguing quite loudly and aggressively with another taxi driver who was trying to help some other tourists. Finally, when that was resolved, we showed the driver our room number and confirmed our hotel, which was fine, and got onto the coach to head back.
We got to one of the drop-offs at another hotel, and the driver then turned around and started heading back towards Rhodes Town. My wife approached the driver politely and asked if we were going to the hotel where we were staying.
The next thing we knew, the driver had exploded into a temper, shouting and waving his arms at my wife. At that point, my wife, my son, and I decided to leave the bus. We were not going to be treated like that.
We went to a nearby restaurant and asked them if they would be able to arrange a taxi for us. They were more than happy to help us out, and we were able to make our own way back to our accommodation.

And we are not the only ones to have negative feed back about this company, also heard things from other other people staying at our hotel so I don't belive this to be a one off!!!

At 12:00 I called my hotel that made the voucher

They called prestige that the car was broken Down

Then I had to Pick half my familie up in my own car

After the familie tuck a taxi back to my hotel

It took from 11:45 to 16;00 half day spoiled

We booked a trip to farma zoo, from 11:00 to 14:00, but the driver was 30 minutes late for pick up, we asked if we would get the 30 minutes, in the other end of the trip, he dident care, he wanted the 70 euros for the trip and the rest is not his problem, the busses on the website is luxery stile, the one that arrived was 3 decades old, advise to others, book a taxi.

Bad driver, bad bus, was 25 minutes late and still took full price.
We lost 25 minutes in zoo because of that.

We booked two excursions with Prestige Travel during our holiday in Rhodes.
The first one, to Butterfly Valley, went perfectly — we were picked up and dropped off on time, and everything was well organized. Just note that there is an extra €6 entrance fee at Butterfly Valley, which is not included in the excursion price.

However, our second booking, a trip to Lindos on October 1st, was very disappointing. We booked it on September 29th, received confirmation, and waited at the agreed pick-up location — but nobody showed up.

We contacted customer service through our hotel (Akti Imperial). The woman we spoke to said there was no record of our booking and promised to call us back, but we never heard anything again. We also sent an email the same day but received no reply.

It’s really unfortunate because our first experience was great, but the second one — and especially the lack of communication — was very disappointing

Finally, I would like to point out that we never received a refund for the excursion that did not take place. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service by phone and email, there was no follow-up or response.
