I first class customer service.
I placed an order on a Sunday and noticed I had made a mistake. I left a message on the company help line. By 9am the following morning this had been rectified and I had been notified. So pleased with the quick response. I now look forward to receiving my order. Many thanks.

I’m really disappointed that the rose…
I’m really disappointed that the rose gold plated necklace I bought from has turned black after only 2 days of use. I emailed the support waiting for answer.
I gave the necklace to my partner as a gift, and now it's ruined.

10/10 customer service
My husband got me a gift from Posh Totty April 2025. Unfortunately the clasp on my necklace became damaged and was unrepairable. The customer service has been amazing. I emailed thinking I would be met by the usual auto reply and wait but had a personalised response from Eleanor who dealt with my query very promptly. I was able to return the necklace chain and was provided with a replacement with no hassle what so ever. Highly recommend for any of your investment pieces for that extra piece of mind!

I had an issue with a necklace I’d bought as a gift for my wife to celebrate the birth of our daughter, and the Posh Totty team were incredibly understanding and helpful throughout. Even when the return went wrong in the post, they went above and beyond to sort it out and arrange a replacement. Really grateful for their kindness and great customer service, it meant a lot given the sentimental value of the necklace.

Beautiful jewellery and absolutely amazing customer service.
I recently contacted Posh Totty after I accidentally broke my chain. The warm, friendly and ever so helpful response I had from Eleanor was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble.
I’ll definitely be back soon to treat myself to another stunning piece of high quality, personalised jewellery.

Im so disappointed that its too small to fit around her wrist. (Measured before ordering) It is a present for my mum, description said standard length 19cms but this isnt even 18cm long. Looks beautiful in the box but cost alot of money to not be able to enjoy or wear

Locket for 40th birthday
I bought a locket for my daughters 40th Birthday from posh totty, I uploaded photos of her grandmother's & they pit them inside.
I was so pleased with the result, it's very good prices too
Their communication was excellent,packaging lovely & delivery fast.

Amazing!
I bought a necklace from Posh Totty recently as I needed to replace my evil eye jewellery. The team were so helpful and assisted me in getting my blue light discount, even when we ran into a small issue they resolved it very quickly and efficiently! Just received the necklace today and it is absolutely gorgeous, I’m in love with it. Really nice packaging too and delivered promptly. Will definitely use this company again :)
