Sent back the router have proof
it was delivered now a year later have a letter saying they have taken me to debt collection for over £200 scammers avoid I will be taking this further

Awful customer service when you get through to them. Poor broadband connection. Then they wait until months after you’ve left to demand return of router and send debt collection letter with no previous correspondence.

Sorted everything out quickly and efficiently on behalf of my 83 Yr old mother.🙂

Mark was very helpful in getting my landline to receive incoming calls again. It took him a while to do, but was worth the wait, thank you Mark

I was getting intermittent service and Cherry was very helpful in getting it sorted out via a software update to my router. She called back the following day to ensure everything was working well. Thanks Cherry!

I had been having connection issues but through the live chat Cherry was able to sort everything really quickly for me :) pleasantly surprised how easy it was!

If I could give zero stars to this outfit I would. Cancelled the contract in April in writing, they continued collecting DD for 2 months then when I called them, they said I hadn't responded to their offer of a better contract rate so they let the account continue...had a massive row with a moron on the phone who told me it's their policy to do this...it's contrary to your own terms and conditions you plank! Now we have a debt collection agency chasing us for a non existent debt. Bank gave the money back under the DD guarantee because we could prove we had cancelled correctly but still we get a bill.

Guys look at all the 5 star reviews ..Alfred , Cris , Cherry …mentioning almost every one. Very very odd they get 11k reviews all like this.

I wondered how my experience with this terrible company could be so contrary to others and then I looked at the reviews.

Trustpilot please look into it.

As for my case …Just received debt collection letter for £169.99 with no warning. Settled my final bill of £6.97 in April and heard nothing since.

Debt Collector said I’d been sent letters which is a complete lie.

The Monthly bill was £10 more than advertised. The company charged me twice in one month and the router was never delivered. When I tried to discuss this with customer services they fobbed me off. Do not use this company, they are the worst broadband company I have ever used.

The young lady (Cherry) was extremely patient lady who dealt with an almost 80 years old gentleman whose knowledge of computing could have been written on the back of a credit card.
With her guidance we managed to rectify the problem I had accessing WIFI.

My call to Poptelecom was answered by Josie and after explaining the problem I was having she couldn't have been more helpful. Instead of having me hang on the phone she called me back when she had solved the problem and then gave me thirty minutes to match my device back to Wi-Fi and then called back to make sure I was re-connected and everything was OK. Top marks to Josie.

Charged £169.99 for non return of equipment from over 2 years ago. I sent the router back recorded mail in 2024 but unless I can provide receipt from post office they will commence legal action. That receipt is long gone and I think they rely on that. What a sneaky business tactic.
