Cris was great

Good afternoon, this is a short review to say thank you for investigating & resolving an issue to do with my grandparents Internet & Landline which lost connection a couple of days ago. Pop Telecom conducted a line test, established there was a problem on our line & arranged for an Openreach engineer to attend site who fixed the issue which was in the Telephone exchange cabinet out in our street.

Many thanks for your help & in particular to Josie who handled my call today.

I got a new wifi router from POP and was struggling to set it up and figure out why it wasn’t working. I called up the customer service and waited less than 5 minutes on hold before speaking to Alfred who was wonderful and fixed the issue immediately, having me double check on my end that everything was working well before ending the call. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Alfred gave us incredibly good quality support for an issue with our broadband. He was super responsive and his communication and tone was impeccable. It’s really nice when customer support team members follow up and check check-in with such a caring tone of voice.

Absolutely worth it, as soon as you call them they resolve everything, I spoke to a lovely chap called Alfred that really helped get everything back to normal and dealt with my matter professionally.

Cherry was very helpful and sorted my issue out straight away - very satisfied.

Cherry was very helpful and patience trying to get the internet back on as I am not a whiz kid with computers. I would not have any qualms about talking to her again. She deserves a gold star for her patience

Chris was really patient with my lack of technical ability. Although my issue could not be fixed (new router required) i had confidence in his ability to provide excellent customer service.

Love pop telecom cris I think his name was sorry if I didn’t catch it properly always help when you need it and explains everything you ask and I tell family and friends to go with them aswell keep up the great work outstanding amazing 😊

Speaking to Andrew for a complete reset of router and connection to my printer. He was the most patient and knowledgable guy I could wish for. Have been with Pop Telcom for 20 years and always had great , instant, service.

Second time I have required technical support, second time I had a very satisfactory experience. I happened to get Alfred on both occasions and he was superb.
