Customs Issue

Giving this 3 stars because the company has done me no wrong before, but I had issues this time around. I've ordered item(s) that were confiscated and even after emailing and more than a week of waiting, I haven't gotten a single reply. I'm still hoping that we're able to resolve this, if possible.

BAD COMPANY!!

I bought from them few times and never been very happy, this last time was very bad and I will not buy here anymore. Order was place on a Monday so plenty of time to send the item, it came Tuesday of the following week, charging £9 for delivery this is a joke, Sunday I left to Spain for holidays so I couldn't take then with me and I had to spend money over there. I came back from holiday and one of the bottles BAD POPPER 24ML was all wet and almost not liquid inside, the sealing was open and it cost over £10 pounds, unacceptable. I know customers service is bad so I didn't bother yesterday to contact them. Very unprofessional, inaccurate delivery and over priced. EXLGBDEJZ this is my reference order number to verified that I am a genuine

First of all Aromas customer service you are confusing me with your replied because nothing match with my order. I did never received my order in 5 days, I did never pick up anything from a post office as I was in Spain, and got no clue about any offer or gift or whatever you talking about. Also now you got one star down thsn before and on top of that I will report you to trustpilot and take legal action for defamatory and false statement as I got prove of that so I will suggest you to remove your reply as soon as possible.

And one more thing, truspilot is not the page of your website, we know that, but is one of the most important, reliable and trusted website to write and read reviews, so not doing very good on here your company isn't?

All this things you said and that conversation is totally untrue I did never send any email or phone call, if you are confusing me with other customer is one thing, but if you are making up all this so people can read and believe what you are saying you just making things worst for you and your company because this will all be added as a prove through my solicitor and there will be legal action taking very soon. Where is all recorded? Prove it, because you will have to, your anger is driving you to a very big mistake. You are making a big mistake and mistakes made as defamatory lies for not checking properly your records have bad consequences. 👍

The first email we received from you on Thu, 28 Mar 2024 at 8:03 PM (GMT+1) opens with your full name as written in this TrustPilot review, and a mention to the trip to Spain you referred to here as well.
We have nothing more to prove, our readers do not need to have your personal information and they're not displayed here anyway to compare.

Your delivery was completed in 5 days and because you were not available, was dropped at your nearest post office.
You picked it up the next week and we're sorry if you couldn't have your products earlier.
This is a pretty average delivery time considering customs controls that are a consequences of Brexit.

Very bad experince with poppers-aroma.eu
i bought some products from them on a sale paid 71 Euro including shipping fee but they wrote 126 Euro( that was the full price) on costum declaration leading the costum to ask me for 100 Euro fee.
I asked the costumer service why they wrote 126 Euro they answered they write the true information only , but i paid 71 euro because you had a sale so if i paid 71 euro the package worth 71 euro , what an amatuers!!!
And they told me you cant get a refund even i didnt asked for a refund , i only wanted the products and more professional handling.
And for myself i have bussiness since 2001 and i understand a thing or two about costumer service and professinality.
I highly recommend
Not to do bussiness with this site !!! and thats for more reasons that i stated here

OK all .please read this .
If you are about to order from poppers and aromas DONT .. I'm not saying this because I dint get the order I did on time no problem. Its there products, they are total rubbish (NOT POPPERS) IF YOU BUY YOU ARE JUST THROWING YOU MONEY AWAY!! It's a scam .. the chemicals they have in these bottles god know what they are doing to you but trust me it's total crap . They will respond to this by saying its my fault in some way or sorry for the bad experience! I really kick off at them for selling me crap again and they gave me a full refund Dam right.. so it's up to you all to vote with your feet and don't spend your money on this rubbish. I'm not sure if there is a decent company out there selling the real stuff I'll keep on looking. But poppers and aromas needs to go to the bin where there crap they are selling went .. take care all and make the right choices.

This is my second order with Poppers Aromas, the first order arrived swiftly, and the whole processing was a breeze.

I am facing a little logistic issue with my second order (which is uncommon for eCommerce, really). Problems with communication resolved and overall good service

Updating my review as the company did eventually get in touch with a solution - updating their response time on their automated email response might assist in future.

Order placed on 22 Jan not received. No response from this company to multiple emails. Called ParcelForce they confirm the parcel is lost but that Poppers Aromas need to contact them to make a claim. As no reply from these people in the timeframe specified on their website I am left with no choice but to make a claim to my credit card company.

Response time

The website was stating that most orders were dispatched in 24 hours but although it's been two days since the wire transfer was completed, there's been no updates so far with my order. I've sent an email to contact****eu and left an voicemail message to the phone number that was posted under contacts section with the details of my order and yet to hear a response. This is an ongoing order and process and I will update my rating accordingly once this issue has been addressed.

The products I have ordered have been of excellent quality. Mind you, some better than others, and I have filtered things down to one specific brand. No response to phone calls or emails even after they asked for a mail to be sent. Marked at dispatched but parcel force advised they’ve never received the parcel. Somethings not right with this once hood company. I won’t be ordering again. Such a shame because I’ve had many good experiences so somethings obviously changed.

The first automated answer was sent 30min after your first email, the second was 15 minutes after your second email. I'd advise checking your spambox for future communication.
If you check your tracking link you'll see indeed your parcel was stuck at the border and wasn't received in the UK, but it is registered in the Parcelforce system.
You said you call and we're sorry you didn't leave a voicemail and we were not available at the time so we could settle this issue quite easily and quickly.

A one time incident is not a change of service, and we're sorry you were so disappointed only 2 days after your first contact without giving us the chance to fix this situation.
We opened a claim to our carrier for this lost parcel and we'll be sending a new parcel to you as we don't know when this one will be found.

Order never received.

I ordered from them recently and they shipped it but I didn’t receive it. I sent an email inquiry but it’s been over 7 days and there hasn’t been any response. Really sad that they have extremely bad customer service but have good financial service of taking money out asap.

In response to your reply, it’s been over 10 days since I have posted my inquiry. And you expect customers to reveal full identity on a platform when customers expect discreetness in this regard. And while my response was more of sadness of not getting the product that I am eager to get, yours was more retaliatory. I don’t say your company is bad as I did receive my previous orders, but your customer service is horrible when orders aren’t fulfilled. Thats me taking a risk anytime I buy from you. I won’t take that risk anymore. As of today, you have taken my money and I haven’t received my order yet. I wish in response to my previous post, you would have asked to please provide your order number so that we can help you out and I would have given it gladly without revealing names. But now I feel threatened with your company’s unprofessional response. I will speak the truth and will not be silenced.. hope this is being your ray of sunshine.

Clearly you do know how customers feel when they don’t receive something they paid for. In response to your second reply, I have nothing more to say to substantiate your “poor customer service” with your very own statement that “we will get to your inquiry when we get to your email” , which can be never or 60days or 2 hours or 1year. It’s a total mystery on your untimely responses to undelivered products but yet you have so much time to respond to this review.

If only some of our customers didn't :
— decide to publish their claim on an online platform, forcing us to answer publicly, which delays our answer to your emails
— send multiple emails for the same query despite our demands not to, which delays our answer to your original email
— post an angry feedback without any personal information which could help us find the person to help them and solve the problem, which delays our offer for a solution

You received an automated response stating we're overwhelmed by the current volume of emails at the moment, some customers have waited for 10 days to be answered.
We regret this situation, but your kind of online behaviour is one of the reasons we're overwhelmed.

You really looked out to find the best way to leave a negative review without checking this was a proper feedbacks platform, just out of rage, obviously.

Poor quality crap

Poor quality crap. 7 bottles of 3 different varieties. Not a single hit out of any of the 7. £60 away on fvvk all. Very disappointed. Even the so called strong ones are crap

Great range and fast delivery

I have ordered from them twice and had no issues with delivery. They have a great range and even with postage it works out good value. Seem to be a few people that have experienced problems which I think must be down to different customs processes in different countries.
