Excellent Quality
My complete pond build was purchased through Pond Superstores last year. Since then I have continued to use them for my planting. They offer a great selection of plants at good prices, that always arrive promptly, vey well packaged and in excellent condition.

Very happy with company and products
Telephoned twice to enquire about product no one answered I did not leave a message. Pleasantly surprised when they rang me back (10 out of 10).
Placed my order on website (very easy to use) Unfortunately only half my pond underlay arrived with the liner. Phoned them and the rest of the order was dispatched. Very good and efficient phone service rang me back to say it had been ordered (these products had been shipped directly from the suppliers). Overall very good service and products.

I ordered a 10kg tub of Nishikoi MEDIUM pellet and ended up with large pellets which I f do I’d not notice till after I had opened the tub ! Not impressed!
